Celia lived alone in her isle in the Fermanagh lakes of Northern Ireland. Each week she would row herself across to the mainland for her groceries. But the rest of the time was spent in quiet contemplation of the the works around her.
Much like her hero St Patrick and his contemporaries.
I went out to this island to see the magic of her home and to capture its special qualities in paint.....
Celia lived a full century on her island.
