Along the Ardnamurchan peninsula the main road is single track bordered by beautiful flowering rhododendrons.
People stop and chat in they middle of the road while out walking their dogs.
I cycled this stunning landscape with glorious clouds cloaking the mountains.
It's a magical landscape in the distant West.
